It's the middle of summer and sometime in the middle of that summer day you might ask yourself - "When's Valentine's this year?". And that's when you'll want to visit this site, Alright, that's not exactly a likely scenario since Valentine's Day (unlike some special occasion days) ALWAYS falls on and is celebrated on February 14.

So why do you need a site like this?

Well, we hope to give you a LOT of background on the origins of the day. We’ll be looking at how other regions in the world celebrate Valentine’s Day. We’ll also look at other events linked to Valentine’s Day; so that those of you who are hoping to celebrate the day will have alternatives to the Hearts and Cupids theme. Maybe something along the lines of a St. Valentine's Day Massacre; or a Swedish Valentines?

There will be tons of trivia as well as suggestions as to how to create a special Valentines Day event.

So even if it is unlikely that we'll see you here in August, we hope to see lots of you in January and February.
